Cairo – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting of Egypt for Poultry agreed to modify the article stating the beginning of the fiscal year.

The modified fiscal year starts on 1 January and ends on 31 December, instead of starting on 1 April and ending on 31 March, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.

The shareholders agreed to appoint Professionals for Financial Consultancy to determine the fair value of the assets of which the company agreed to sell.
